Create a new Aura Pin Studio project

Start by creating a project, linking a Pinterest account, and defining how Aura Pin Studio should generate titles and descriptions for your pins. Each project can manage its own boards and media folders.

  • Create a dedicated project for each brand or Pinterest niche.
  • Attach an Images folder and a Completed folder.
  • Link a Pinterest account for this project only.
  • Set your own AI prompt for description generation.
  • Control title mode, title length and language per project.
  • Create boards and assign a media folder to each board in the next step.
This keeps every client or niche fully separated – with its own Pinterest account, folders, boards and AI settings.

The Project Home screen shows all boards for the current project. From here you can create new Pinterest boards, attach or change media folders, delete a board, and track progress for each board individually.

Edit, optimize and upload every pin from one workspace

When you open a board from Project Home, Aura Pin Studio loads a focused Workspace for that board. Scroll through each image, refine titles and descriptions with AI, set the destination URL and upload directly to the correct Pinterest board.

  • Preview the media image for the current pin.
  • Edit the Title, Description and URL.
  • Regenerate titles and descriptions using your OpenAI API key.
  • Use batch tools for generating multiple titles/descriptions at once.
  • Track per-board progress while moving pin-by-pin with Next.
  • Upload pins directly to the Pinterest board whose workspace is open.
Workspace is where AI writing and manual control meet – perfect for polishing each pin before it goes live.

Manage your OpenAI API key

Aura Pin Studio never uploads or stores your API key online. It remains encrypted safely on your computer. From this settings panel you can add a new key, replace the existing one, test if the saved key is valid, or remove it anytime.

  • Securely add or update your OpenAI API key.
  • Stored locally on your device (never uploaded).
  • Test the saved key to ensure it works properly.
  • Remove the key anytime to disable AI features.
This key is used for generating AI titles & descriptions inside all projects.
